She also explained in detail some of the encounters with her family, such as with her cousin, who is a carpenter and works long hours. Even so, she confessed that there had come a time when she had even considered stopping her musical career: "I considered stopping everything for three months, because I couldn't get out of bed."

The support that Aitana has received

The diagnosis of depression helped her understand that her professional success did not prevent her from having a mental health problem. "Now I am in the process of getting better, because this does not heal overnight, and I am also on medication," she revealed for the first time. At the same time, she also said that she is hypochondriac "at an extreme, maximum level," which is why she has had to undergo therapy. "I have come to the point of eating with my family and thinking: 'This is the last dinner with my family,'" she explained.
