Three new fragrances that will brighten up your summer
The change in temperature and lifestyle that summer brings is an ideal time to also change our olfactory seal.
BarcelonaWhen summer arrives, temperatures change, but so do our pace of life, our habits, our social activities, and, therefore, the way we relate to our surroundings. This has a strong impact on the way we dress, but also on the scent we choose, which our body often demands is different from the one we use the rest of the year. Below, we suggest three fragrances that have just come onto the market in case you're in the mood for a change of scent.
1- Very Good Girl Elixir
Very Good Girl Elixir is the most intense version of the fragrance line that Carolina Herrera markets packaged in its iconic high-heeled shoe. Conceived as a highly concentrated variation of the popular fragrance, Very Good Girl Elixir is presented as a potent explosion of "sensual black cherry, bold red rose and radiant vanilla." It has an "irresistibly addictive" amber, fruity and floral formula that will become a must-have for summer nights. Since Good Girl was launched in 2016, the collection ofstiletto has continued to grow and explore new paths. Today, this collection has become a representation of the different facets of a woman's daily life.
2- DNA, by Adolfo Domínguez
Adolfo Domínguez has just launched a new fragrance collection aimed at Generation Z that celebrates their own identity as the source of authenticity. Under the name ADN, the brand presents an olfactory trilogy created from essential oils "that enhance the essence of each individual and that delivers a clear message: be yourself." The three fragrances can be used for three different people, but also for three different moments in the life of the same person, as they represent diverse contexts. With a lasting effect of fourteen hours, according to the brand, the first scent is Rosa Spicy, which contains rose essential oil and notes of bergamot, pink pepper, apple, and sandalwood, among others. The second is Neroli Ecstasy, with neroli essential oil, a scent that emanates happiness and inspires a state of peace and harmony. The third is Sandal Sacre, with sandalwood essential oil, traditionally used for calming. It also includes cardamom, eucalyptus, fig, and cedar, among others.
3- History of Orangers Extreme
The French niche perfumery brand El artisan Parfumeur is also in luck this summer with the launch of Histoire d'Orangers Extrême. The brand, with over fifty years of experience, presents this perfume as "the story of a metamorphosis, of a sublimated orange blossom." Created by Marie Salamagne, who takes the contrasts of this emblematic Mediterranean flower "further than ever," the perfume becomes much more than a fresh, citrusy summer scent thanks to the notes that populate its depths: pink pepper and cedar. The brand specializes in unusual fragrances and has worked with major names in international perfumery over the decades.
