Sàmper affirms that the moratorium on foam shells must be decided in Parliament

HThe The Home Affairs Minister, Miquel Sàmper, has affirmed that the moratorium of the foam projectiles has to be decided in the Parliament. "It was the chamber who approved its use", he said to the comuns, who have demanded that Sàmper review the protocols.
