A Saint Magí for the history
L'Arboç has experienced a day of very high level, with the Castellers de Vilafranca as the main protagonists
Plaça de les Cols square experienced a top-level Sant Magí on Wednesday, with four groups offering a festival with no falls and several historic records. Xiquets del Serrallo and Colla Castellera de Sant Pere i Sant Pau signed the best performances of their history. The Serrallo group completed the classic eight for the first time, with the 4d8, the 3d8, and the 2d7, and Sant Pere i Sant Pau discharged the 5d8, the 4d8a, and the 3d8. Two performances that confirmed the great moment of the Tarragona groups.
For their part, Jove de Tarragona recovered the 5d9f, the first of the season, and also completed the 2d9fm, the 3d9f, and the pd6. Finally, Xiquets de Tarragona repeated their best performance of the year, with the 7d8, the 4d9f, and the 3d8 after a dismantled attempt of 3d9f.
The heat, with more than 33 degrees and humidity over 60%, made the afternoon especially demanding, but it did not prevent Plaça de les Cols from experiencing a historic festival.
An Arboç of 10 sees clean castles
L'Arboç experienced this Sunday a high-level festival, with the Castellers de Vilafranca as the main protagonists. Los Verds have unloaded the 3d10fm, the second of the season, and have accompanied it with the 5d9f, the 4d9fa, and the pd8fm, that is, a new extra-range poker.
La Colla Vella has once again demonstrated its mastery of the 4d9sf, which it has unloaded with solvency, and has completed the performance with the 4d9f and the 3d9f. La Jove de Tarragona, for its part, has unloaded the 2d9fm for the sixth time this year, in addition to the 3d9f and the 4d9f.
Finally, Minyons de l'Arboç have completed their classic of 7, with the 3d7, the 4d7, and the 2d6. The festival served as the last major test before Sant Fèlix.
