Procicat downgrades pandemic from emergency to alert level

Procicat, the Government body that has decided the restrictions against the coronavirus from March 12, 2020, has downgraded the level of the pandemic from emergency to alert. The change coincides with the almost total recovery of presentiality in social and cultural activities.
