Pro-Putin party wins majority in Russian elections despite declining support

As expected, United Russia, President Vladimir Putin's party, has won this weekend's legislative elections with 45% of the votes, partial results show. After a crackdown on his critics, that would be a weaker performance for United Russia than the last elections in 2016.
