Paixinian proclaims himself the winner of the elections in Armenia

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Paixinian, has won yesterday's elections with 53.9% of the vote.The elections are intended to overcome the political crisis opened with the defeat in the war against Azerbaijan. His rival, the former president Robert Kocharyan, second with 21%, denounces fraud.
