The Catalan blood products giant Grifols has announced the hiring of Montse Ribas as the company's new communications and reputation director. The Board of Trustees of the La Caixa Foundation unanimously approved on Thursday the appointment of Naturgy Chairman Francisco Reynés and Maite Barrera, founder of the financial consulting firm Bluecap, as new members of the entity for a four-year term. Furthermore, the Board meeting also approved the renewal of Artur Santos Silva, honorary chairman of BPI (the Portuguese subsidiary of CaixaBank), and Marc Murtra, former chairman of Indra and now chairman of Telefónica.
Cellnex signs Xavier Pujol as general secretary
The board of directors of Cellnex Telecom appointed Xavier Pujol as the new general secretary and secretary of the board on Friday.
