Esquerra Republicana wants to fine municipalities that refuse to register those who live there.

At the next plenary session, ERC will defend a motion to sanction municipalities that deny registration to their residents because it is "a right of all residents of Catalonia," after the Catalan Alliance has placed obstacles in Ripoll's way since she became mayor.
