I don't know if I'm the only one who sees that we live in a very crazy world. So crazy that many people find themselves unable to manage everything around them and must seek psychological help. But the thing is, after many years of stigmatization, taboos, and secrecy, it seems we can finally normalize it. If our tooth hurts, we make an appointment with the dentist, right? And if, for example, our knee hurts, we go to the orthopedist. Well, the same thing happens when we suffer and need help and must go to a psychologist or a psychiatrist.

The importance of mental health became more visible than ever after the pandemic. Who would have suspected that we would have come out of that catastrophe? I don't know what exactly triggered it, whether it was the fear and uncertainty itself or the lockdown, but from that moment on, we began to hear people openly talking about psychology, disorders, and mental illness. The need to live in the present or what the mindfulness explore, it is becoming a leitmotiv that resonates more and more, and we try to apply it more or less correctly, since it is not as simple as it seems.

Many times we live in autopilotWith stress and cortisol levels through the roof, we don't listen to each other, and one day, without realizing it, you start to suffer from anxiety and distress, or perhaps even depression.
