Joan Serra Carné, new director of 'Públic' in Catalonia

Change at the helm of the digital newspaper Públic, the Catalan edition of Público. Joan Serra Carné has been appointed as the new director of the media outlet, replacing Ferran Espada, who has joined the Department of Linguistic Policy of the Generalitat. The change becomes effective this Thursday.
