Twenty-five arrested in world's first crackdown on AI-generated child abuse images

Twenty-five people, two of them in Spain, have been arrested in the first global operation against the dissemination of child sexual abuse images generated by artificial intelligence. Europol's Operation Cumberland has identified a total of 273 people who produced and distributed these images.
