Israeli President Isaac Herzog will visit London next Thursday, just days before the United Kingdom recognizes the Palestinian state at the UN General Assembly. It will be the first visit by an Israeli leader since Foreign Secretary David Lammy met with his counterpart Gideon Sa'ar in March.
