The International Criminal Court confirms all charges against Duterte and sends him to trial

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has confirmed charges of crimes against humanity against former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte for his role in the so-called "war on drugs", and has announced the opening of a trial because there are "reasonable grounds" to proceed.
