The UN atomic energy agency says talks with Iran on the nuclear program have already begun

The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, has said that talks on Iran's nuclear program have begun despite "the war of statements" between Washington and Tehran, and that the preliminary peace agreement includes the inspection of nuclear facilities.
