Rubio says Spain's refusal of the use of the Morón and Rota bases makes it less interesting for the US to remain in NATO

United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, has once again attacked Spain's refusal this Tuesday to authorize the US military to use the Rota and Morón bases in the war against Iran, and pointed out that this makes Washington reconsider its "permanence" in NATO.
