Nicola Sturgeon's ex-husband and former SNP finance chief, sentenced to five years and three months in prison for embezzling £400,000

Peter Murrell, head of finances for the Scottish National Party, and ex-husband of First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, was sentenced this Tuesday in an Edinburgh court to five years and three months in prison for embezzling over £400,000 over a twelve-year period.
