A new Banksy artwork warns of the growing authoritarianism of British democracy.

A new mural by the enigmatic Banksy appeared this morning on the facade of the Royal Courts of Justice in central London. The work depicts a judge in a wig and gown beating a protester lying on the ground, blood splattering his placard, the peaceful weapon of citizens in democratic countries.
