Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Argentine President Javier Milei signed the so-called Covenant of Isaac this Sunday in Jerusalem, a new framework to strengthen bilateral cooperation and expand Israel's alliances with like-minded countries in Latin America.
