Businessman and former minister Alex Saab, arrested by Venezuela and the United States in a joint operation

Colombian businessman Alex Saab was captured in Venezuela in a joint operation by Caracas and Washington, according to local media and Reuters sources. Saab was ousted from the Ministry of Industry with the government restructuring of Delcy Rodríguez in January.
