Brussels proposes diverting part of the Cohesion Funds to defense and housing

The European Commission proposed this Tuesday that state and regional governments be able to divert a portion of the Cohesion Funds allocated to them to finance initiatives related to the rearmament of the European Union and addressing the housing crisis affecting the entire bloc.
