Audrey Doré, from the Vii restaurant in Girona, winner of the 2025 National Gastronomy Award for Best Sommelier

Sommelier Audrey Doré has won the 2025 National Gastronomy Award for Best Sommelier, awarded by the Royal Academy of Gastronomy. According to the jury, the sommelier "has demonstrated her talent for eight years at the El Celler de Can Roca restaurant, one of the most demanding."
