Tous recruits Parfois for the company's new CEO
Susana Sánchez replaces Carlos Soler-Duffo as the company's top executive.

BarcelonaThe Catalan jewelry company Tous now has a new CEO. The Manresa-based company has approved the appointment of Susana Sánchez as its new CEO. replacing Carlos Soler-Duffo, who led the company for the past seven years. Sánchez was previously the CEO of the jewelry company Parfois.
According to Tous in a statement, the new CEO will have the challenge of accelerating the sustainable growth of the Catalan jewelry company and will report directly to Tous' president, Alba Tous. The company expects the new CEO to contribute more than 25 years of commercial experience in the sector. Prior to Parfois, Sánchez was corporate general manager of Grupo Profand and held senior positions at companies such as Bimba y Lola and Dayaday.
According to Tous' statement, this appointment reinforces the company's ambition to consolidate its global leadership in line with its GEM strategic plan (growth, elevation, mindset), to "accelerate its sustainable growth, continue elevating its brand proposition and continue investing in innovation, creativity and connecting with new generations."
Susana Sánchez is a telecommunications engineer with an MBA from Ieside, and has "extensive experience in the fashion sector and a strategic vision that will be key to taking Tous to a new stage of development and shared success," according to the company.
