The Supreme Court approves the Generalitat's tax on emissions from commercial aviation

The Supreme Court has upheld the Catalan tax on emissions produced by commercial aircraft. Specifically, it has upheld the appeal filed by the Generalitat against a ruling by the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) in 2022 that ruled in favor of Aerolíneas Argentinas.
