The CNMC gives the green light "with commitments" to Oximesa's purchase of Esteve Teijin

The National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) has authorized "with commitments" the acquisition by Oximesa of the company Esteve Teijin Healthcare, after pointing out competition risks in the home respiratory therapy market in July.
