The Catalan government awards more than 70% of its contracts to SMEs

The Generalitat and its public sector awarded more than 70% of their contracts to small and medium-sized enterprises during 2024. Specifically, of the 16,295 contracts that were formalized, 11,440 were for SMEs, for about 1,421 million euros, 37% of the total amount awarded.
