Iberdrola sells its Mexican businesses for €3.7 billion

Iberdrola has closed the sale of its Mexican businesses to the Spanish group Cox for $4.2 billion (approximately €3.7 billion), both companies announced. The transaction includes fifteen power plants, commercial operations, and generation projects still under development.
