Fluidra acquires 27% of pool cleaning robot manufacturer Aiper for €92.5 million.

The Catalan multinational swimming pool company Fluidra will make an initial investment of $100 million (€92.5 million) to acquire, through a capital increase, a 27% stake in Aiper, a manufacturer of pool-cleaning robots.
