Criteria pays a dividend of €100 million to La Caixa

CriteriaCaixa has agreed to distribute a dividend of 100 million euros to its sole shareholder, the La Caixa Banking Foundation. This was decided by the Board of Trustees of the La Caixa Foundation, chaired by Isidre Fainé, as reported this Thursday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
