Barcelona will erect a statue of Freddy Mercury and Montserrat Caballé in the Plaza de las Glòries

Barcelona City Council will erect a statue dedicated to singers Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballé, who performed the song together in 1987 Barcelona, included on the album of the same name, to promote the 1992 Olympic Games. The statue of Mercury and Caballé will be installed in the Plaça de les Glòries.
