Italian president denies contacting Mario Draghi to form new government

Italian President Sergio Mattarella's office denied on Sunday any contact with former European Central Bank President Mario Draghi. According to newspaper La Stampa, Mattarella and former Prime Minister Matteo Renzi would have sounded out Draghi to lead a new cabinet.
