Storms leave more than 10,200 cloud-to-ground lightning strikes across the country

The stormy season has been accompanied by intense electrical activity. Between yesterday and this morning, more than 10,200 lightning strikes were recorded across the country. The showers have produced downpours, some hail, and many records of 20 to 50 l/m², but locally more than 80 l/m².
