VITIS Aiguamúrcia: wine, gastronomy and heritage in the heart of Santes Creus

AiguamúrciaFrom October 30th to November 1st, Aiguamúrcia will celebrate the sixth edition of VITIS, a proposal that combines wine, gastronomy, culture, and heritage in a privileged setting: the Plaça de Sant Bernat, next to the Royal Monastery of Santes Creus. The event will bring together eleven wineries and six catering and agri-food establishments linked to the municipality, which will offer visitors the opportunity to discover and taste local products at the Tasting Fair.

The program includes wine tastings, concerts, dramatized visits, an escape game at the monastery, and family activities that this year reinforce artistic creativity and cultural discovery, with drawing workshops among other activities.

VITIS is thus consolidated as a proposal to discover Aiguamúrcia through its products, its people and its heritage, and contributes to boosting inland tourism and highlighting the territory's resources.

The participants in VITIS Aiguamúrcia are Bodegues Visendra, Caves Vidal i Ferré, Ça Liula, Celler Eravi, Celler Joan Grill, Els barbuts de Selma, Estol Verd, Heretat Mascorrubí, La Rural, Penedès 500, Terra del Cister, Bar del Mig, Bar el Circo – Mas d'en Parès, Bar 9esport, Cal Sarameu, Can Suriol and La Garrofina.

The event is organized by the Aiguamúrcia City Council, with the collaboration of the Tarragona Provincial Council, the Directorate General for Youth of the Government of Catalonia, the Catalan Agency for Cultural Heritage, the Alt Camp Regional Council and Aigua Font Nova.
