An engine failure in the excavator has thwarted this morning the expected start of the removal of the approximately 15,000 tons of waste that have accumulated at the Iberboard plant in Alcover (Alt Camp), according to sources from the company, which has reported that it will rent another one in order to be able to start the emptying.
