The myth of the animal race
The Chinese horoscope continues a cycle made up of 12 animals, each with traits and characteristics that influence the year and in people born under that sign. According to the most popular legend, the Jade Emperor wanted to create a calendar and summoned all the animals for a race. The first 12 to arrive were the ones who established the symbols of the horoscope.
Horse characteristics
The horse is a popular and appealing symbol. In the Chinese calendar, it represents an impatient and flamboyant sign, as well as being lively, big-hearted, and enthusiastic.
