Celta Vigo and Barcelona will face off this Sunday at Balaídos (9 pm) in a match corresponding to Matchday 12 of La Liga. Barcelona will be looking to add three points to continue their title aspirations, while Celta Vigo will try to take advantage of playing at home to distance themselves from the relegation zone and dream of European qualification. Celta Vigo arrives in excellent form, with five consecutive victories across La Liga and European competition, which have propelled them up the table and away from relegation. The Galician side is coming off a 3-0 Europa League win against Dinamo Zagreb. Barcelona, meanwhile, won their last league match (3-1 against Elche) and drew with Club Brugge (3-3) in their Champions League fixture. Hansi Flick's team will be looking to keep the pressure on Real Madrid, who are currently five points behind Barcelona. Claudio Giráldez's team is twelfth, four points above the relegation zone. Barça has won three of its six away league matches, while Celta has yet to secure a victory at Balaídos this season, with five draws and one defeat. Barça will be without Marc-André ter Stegen, Pablo Gavi, Pedri, and Raphinha due to injury. For Celta, Javi Rueda is unavailable.
