A step forward for Formula 1 to remain in Catalonia beyond 2026

The Generalitat (Catalan government) has given the green light for the Circuit de Catalunya to formally negotiate with Formula 1, with the aim of continuing to hold the race at Montmeló beyond 2026. This was confirmed this Tuesday after the government meeting.
