Slovenian Primoz Roglic (Red Bull Bora) has won the fourth stage of the Vuelta a Catalunya, finishing in Montserrat, and has become the new leader. Roglic defeated Juan Ayuso (UAE), with whom he shares the same time in the general classification (the Slovenian leads on a tiebreaker), in a tight finish.
