Richard Carapaz wins before arriving in Paris

Victory for Richard Carapaz in the penultimate stage of the Tour de France ahead of Remco Evenepoel and Sepp Kuss. Pogacar finished fourth, one minute behind the Ecuadorian, and this Sunday he will confirm his fifth Tour de France. Carapaz has also secured the mountains jersey.
