The Slovenian Tadej Pogacar (UAE Emirates) is the first leader of the Vuelta a Espanya by winning the individual time trial, 9.4 km long, held in Monaco. Pogacar has won in his city of residence with a time of 10.57 minutes, at an average speed of 50.4 km/hour.
