Ganna wins the Vuelta a España time trial on a day with two riders arrested

Italian Filippo Ganna (Ineos Grenadiers) won the 18th stage of the Vuelta, a 12.2km individual time trial in Valladolid, while Denmark's Jonas Vingegaard (Visma) retains the leader's jersey. Ganna beat Australian Jay Vine (UAE) and Portuguese Joao Almeida (UAE) by seven seconds.
