Belgian Tim Wellens wins the fifteenth stage of the Tour

Tim Wellens sealed the 15th stage of the Tour de France with an attack 43.5 km from the finish, then celebrated victory in Carcassonne. The Belgian national champion thus completes his collection of stage wins in all three Grand Tours.
