EdTech Congress turns Barcelona into the global epicenter of educational innovation

The Montjuïc Conference Centre will host the EdTech Congress Barcelona on February 4th and 5th. This annual event is establishing itself as a key meeting point for educational innovation in the age of artificial intelligence, thanks to a new partnership with Integrated Systems Europe (ISE).

On February 4th and 5th, the Montjuïc Congress Palace will once again host EdTech Congress Barcelona, ​​which this year takes a significant leap forward. The event, promoted by Fira de Barcelona and the EduTech Cluster, reinforces its role as an essential meeting point thanks to a new alliance with Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the leading international authority in the audiovisual sector. Both events will coincide, creating a unique ecosystem where technology, innovation, and education converge.

With the motto "Reimagining education and training in the age of artificial intelligenceThe congress will bring together 81 leading specialists and more than 60 technology companies. The event aims to thoroughly analyze how the rise of AI is transforming teaching, school management, and learning models, and to explore how these changes can be implemented with human-centered, inclusive criteria across the educational world: schools, universities, vocational training programs, and corporate training departments. The opening conference will be given by Kristina Ishmael, one of the most influential voices in educational technology in the United States. The program will conclude with a presentation by Cristóbal Cobo, a researcher renowned for his humanistic approach and creator of the concept of "invisible learning." In addition, figures such as Ousman Umar, founder of NASCO Feeding Minds and a leading figure in technology as a tool for empowerment, will participate. This organization brings digital training to rural African areas to combat poverty and forced migration, making it a clear example of resilience, transforming social realities, and opening up educational opportunities.
