A woman dies after being hit by a drunk and drugged driver in L'Arboç.

A 35-year-old woman died early in the morning after being struck by a car on the TP-2124 highway in L'Arboç (Baix Penedès). According to the Catalan Traffic Service, the driver of the vehicle was arrested for negligent homicide after testing positive for alcohol and drugs.
