Universities plan to allocate 140 million to student scholarships and another 20 million to lower tuition fees

The Minister of Research and Universities, Núria Montserrat, explained that she anticipates a 24% increase in the budget, with approximately €140 million earmarked for scholarships and €20 million for tuition fee reductions at public universities and the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). The total budget includes €1.95 billion.
