Two men arrested for killing another in a farmhouse in Reus
The crime took place this Saturday at noon and it would not be a family conflict
BarcelonaNew crime in Catalonia. The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested two men, aged 46 and 79, for their alleged connection to the violent death of another man in Reus, in the Baix Camp region. The homicide took place this Saturday around two in the afternoon, when the Mossos received notice of a fight inside a farmhouse in Reus.
Several units of citizen security from the Catalan police moved to the scene, where they found the lifeless body of a man with signs of violence. Two other men were also found at the scene, one of whom tried to flee in the presence of the police. For now, according to initial police information, it would not be a family dispute. At the moment, the police have no clear hypothesis about the motive for the assault, which would not have occurred with a firearm.
The Criminal Investigation Division has opened an investigation and the case is currently under seal.
