A truck driver arrested on the AP-7 for having three times the alcohol limit and using a mobile phone while driving.

The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) arrested a truck driver on Monday morning who was driving erratically on the AP-7 highway in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Vallès Occidental). The man was three times the legal alcohol limit and was using his cell phone with both hands while driving.
