First fines

In statements to the press, the minister announced that nine citizens have already been fined for violating the ban on accessing the natural environment in the high-risk zone and, although he was firm in punishing those who do not comply with movement restrictions, he also asked for citizen collaboration to avoid entering the affected forests to help curb the spread of ASF.
