The trustee calls on Barcelona City Council to become more involved in commuter rail.

Barcelona's ombudsman, David Bondia, has called on Barcelona City Council to "become more involved" in the problems of the commuter rail network, even though they are not its direct responsibility. He does so after noting the "serious impact" on its workers and citizens.
