The Renters' Union criticized this Thursday the latest proposal by Jaume Collboni's government to modify the 30% threshold. In a statement, it accused the mayor of "unprotecting" tenants, encouraging "segregation," and allowing developers to "dodge the reservation fee with a checkbook."
